🎉This week we would like to give a big shout out to our rockstar TK/K team! These ladies bring the energy, creativity, and love to every second of the day in our TK and Kindergarten classrooms. Ms. Leyden, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Amy, Mrs. Bradford, Ms. Beans, and Ms. Rachael are such a positive group that inspires and fosters students' love for learning. Ms. Leyden finds such joy in getting to watch her students grow and discover new things, Ms. Beans loves being a positive role model for her students everyday, and Mrs. Bradford shows the kids everyday that learning is fun!

Congratulations to our Weaverville Elementary School and Trinity Preparatory Academy Spelling Bee winners! These super-spellers are moving on to the Trinity County Spelling Bee on Wednesday, November 5 at Hayfork Elementary School. The results for our 4th-6th grade bee are: 4th place: Aryana, 3rd place: Katelyn Alberts, 2nd place: Alexis Estrada, and our 1st place winner is Carolyn Dobbs! The results for our 7th-8th grade bee are: 4th place: Max, 3rd place: Karliah Davis, 2nd place: Finn French, and our 1st place champion is Brodie Reid!

Our staff spotlight this week is on Danyel and Taylor Aglipay, our incredibly talented music teachers. This past weekend, they brought to life the musical “Joust!” and everyone is still raving about the magic that was created on stage by these incredible teachers. Their cast of WES/TPA 4th-8th graders truly shined in their singing, dancing, instrumentals, and acting. We are so proud of their magnificent performance!
We have been enjoying the music inspiration from these teachers for the past 3 years, and Taylor’s favorite part of working at the school is seeing the students discover their inner musician. Danyel hopes the students will always remember that she believes they are all musicians!

🎉😺We are excited to shine a spotlight on the best Cafeteria and Yard Duty crew around: Amber Wilks, Jennifer Mucklow, Kevin Jones, and Joey Case!
This amazing group is essential to our campus, and is dedicated to keeping our students safe and supported. They don't just supervise- they actively help students learn and practice our school expectations every day in the cafeteria and on the playground. We are so grateful for the positive energy they bring! Amber, our Campus Supervisor, says her favorite part of working at our school is simply seeing all the smiling faces in the morning. Mr. Kevin is known for always taking the time to offer powerful encouragement, making sure every child knows that he believes in them.

Trinity High School’s FFA hosted an amazing Harvest Festival filled with pumpkins, games, and smiles all around! 🍁 We loved welcoming students from Weaverville Elementary, Douglas City, Junction City, and Trinity Center Schools to join in the fall festivities.
